BRIDGE EQUITY EDUCATION
Anwar Abdul-Rahman is the founder of Bridge Equity Education, which supports education organizations to develop and create the conditions for excellence and equity in their respective communities.
Anwar uses his wealth of experience in teaching and leading schools, experience as a marginalized student and educator, and a track record of student achievement results to support teachers and school leaders examine their mindset in order to interrogate practices and ensure equitable outcomes for all.
Anwar and Jill have partnered to create Echelon Leadership, which offers Echelon Leadership Retreats to school leadership teams each summer and Echelon School Studies throughout the year.
KATHERINE MYERS-CRUM
Katherine Myers-Crum is an attorney, educator, and advocate for educational equity and excellence for all children. In her 20 years+ in education (plus 3 as an attorney) she has worked as a teacher, teacher coach, Principal, and Executive Director in public schools in Chicago, New York and New Orleans. She founded and led Great Lakes Academy Charter School, a high performing and well respected K-8 charter school serving the Southeast side of Chicago. She has a JD from the University of Chicago, an MA in Education from St. John’s University and a BA Duke University.
She is passionate about supporting school leaders around the country in building operational capacity in their organizations. This includes evaluating current systems and facilities for efficiency and improvement, as well as building capacity on the human side. Nothing makes her happier than a school environment and operations that are thriving in service of the educational needs of the children and staff working there each day.
Katherine is a facilitator in our Operations Training and Coaching series, focusing on student enrollment, front office operations, school entry plans, and operations walkthroughs.
LAMB CONSULTING
Jessica Lamb is the founder and CEO of Lamb Consulting, which supports school leaders in building strong staff cultures and talent systems that increase teacher satisfaction and disrupt teacher attrition. With over a decade of experience, she has held a diverse range of roles as a teacher, instructional coach, Spanish translator, and talent acquisition director. A Sue Lehman Semi-Finalist and Teacher of the Year Finalist, Jessica's career and talent services have impacted thousands of students nationwide. Her talent portfolio has seen a 78.5% staff retention rate, a 25% increase in early commitments from high performing staff, and over 80% retention rate for teachers of color.
A proud alumna of The Ohio State University (B.A. - History and Spanish) and University of Kansas (M.S.Ed), Jess’ passion for education stems from her own lived experiences as a student and believes in the immense power of creating school and staff cultures that provide school communities with positive, safe spaces to thrive and learn.

KATY MCARTHUR
Consultant specializing in strategic communications, marketing operations, copywriting services, and internal operations enhancement for the education and social services sectors.
Katy McArthur is a senior communications leader, brand strategist and education advocate with more than a decade of experience directing plan execution while serving internal stakeholders through seamless operations and project management. She has held multidisciplinary roles as Chief of Staff and Communications Director to CEOs, served as a communications specialist for K-12-focused nonprofit and for-profit organizations, and excelled as an operations and events lead in the education and travel industries.
